（1）Can I obtain copies of your EN test reports?
Yes. We provide full BS EN1906 cycle test reports, EN1634 fire resistance certificates, and EN1670 salt spray test documentation to all verified buyers. Reports are issued by accredited third-party laboratories and can be shared via email or included with sample shipments.
（2）What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 500 pieces per model for stock items. Custom finishes require 1,000 pieces minimum.
（3）Can you provide OEM branding services?
Yes. We offer laser logo engraving, custom packaging, and private label production on request.
（4）Can D&D support samples, finishes, packaging or private label?
D&D’s representative product pages describe sample, finish and packaging options. Discuss the selected model, quantity and approval programme in the current quotation. Any OEM change that affects the tested configuration must be reviewed before approval.
（5）Do you provide samples before placing bulk orders?
Absolutely. Sample cost is quoted per piece plus express shipping. For qualified distributors, we provide complimentary samples against a future bulk order commitment.
