ANSI Mortise Lock

1. Entrance/Apartment/Dormitory mortise lock-DDAL20

Dormitory Door Lock

The ANSI mortise lock has deadbolt, latch bolt, auxiliary latch deadlock. The biggest feature of the full-function lock is that the custom function is complete, and the functions of other function mortise lock can basically be realized.


2.       Entry/Office lock—DDAL04

ANSI Entry Door Lock

The latch bolt can be operated by knob/lever from either side. When outside is locked, latch bolt is retracted by a key outside or by a knob/ lever inside. Auxiliary latch deadlocks latch bolt when door is closed. Inside knob/lever is always free for immediate egress.

The biggest feature of the office lock is that when no one’s in the office, the one outside can open the door with keys only. When there’s someone in the office, by turning the door knob, visitors can be made to open the door either by keys or handles.


3.       Classroom lock—DDAL05

Classroom Door Lock

The lockbolt can be operated by knob/lever from either side. Inside knob/lever is always free for immediate exit. Auxiliary latch deadlocks latch bolt when door is closed. Inside lever is always free for immediate egress. The biggest feature of the classroom lock is that it cannot be locked inside, which are also commonly used in public toilets or other public areas.


4.       Storeroom or Closet lock—DDAL07

ANSI Mortice Lock

The latch bolt can be operated by key outside or by knob/lever inside. Auxiliary latch deadlocks latch bolt when the door is closed. Inside lever is always free for immediate egress. The storeroom lock can be opened by keys outside only and automatically locked when the door is closed.


5.       Apartment/Exit or Public Toilet lock—DDAL09

ANSI Latch Door Lock

The latch bolt can be operated by knob/lever from either side, except that the outside knob/lever is made inoperable by key inside. When outside lever is locked, latch bolt will be retracted by key outside or lever inside.


6.       Passage or Closet lock—DDAL01

Closet Door Lock

The latch bolt can always be operated by knob/lever from either side. Inside lever is always free for immediate egress. In the event of fire, closed doors will help control the fire for some time and slow down the fire. It can also block more noise.


7.       Privacy lock—DDAL22

Privacy Door Lock

The latch bolt can be operated by knob/lever from either side. Turning inside knob/lever or closing door unlocks outside knob/lever or closing door unlocks outside knob/lever. Inside knob/lever is always free for immediate egress.


8.       Deadlock—DDAL18

ANSI Latch Door Lock

The deadbolt can be operated from outside by key only, used in rooms with more than one exit, such as tool room or electric room.
