A Bathroom Door Handle is a type of handle that is used on doors in the bathroom. It features a lever that turns inside the door and a coin release on the outside. It is typically found on bedroom and bathroom doors, and can be used on both. It is important to choose a lock that has a mortice mechanism if you are installing the door in a bathroom. These locks are available in the Locks & Latches category.

There are two types of door handles: European and American. Lever locks are used for interior doors without locks, while lever latches are used for exterior doors. The European type is the most commonly used type, as it includes a cut-out keyhole in the backplate and is designed for sash locks. The bathroom thumbturn in a lever lock handle is unique to this application, as it enables the door to be locked from the inside and opened from the outside. The lever-on-backplate style covers screw holes and the marks left by the previous handle.

A tubular latch is an important component of the handle. The tubular latch is a steel tube with a spring-loaded follower and a latch bolt. The latter is sometimes called a tongue, and connects to the strike plate in the doorframe. When the handle is turned, the bolt retracts and opens the door. Once the bolt retracts, the door is securely closed. The door is now open. But it is not always this easy!
