D&D Magnetic Mortise Lock combines innovative magnetic technology with reliable mortise security. The magnetic latch bolt automatically catches when the door closes, ensuring silent and effortless self-locking without the need for manual operation. The latch bolt can also be operated by lever handles from either side for convenient manual release. The deadbolt can be thrown and retracted from one or both sides, depending on the cylinder configuration installed. When the cylinder is actuated, it simultaneously controls both the deadbolt and the magnetic latch bolt for streamlined operation. The deadbolt requires two full turns to fully extend, delivering enhanced security against forced entry.
