The DDLC031 is a versatile Cylinder With Gear Cam designed to meet diverse architectural locking needs. It is available in three distinct configurations: Thumb-turn (key+knob), Double Cylinder (key+key), and Half Cylinder. A key feature is that all these variants—whether half, single, or double—can be equipped with gear cams for specialized mechanical operations.
The standard cylinder profile features a Ø17mm diameter, a 33mm height, and a 10mm thickness, secured by an M5 fixing screw. To accommodate various door thicknesses, the total length (A) ranges from 60mm to 100mm, with symmetric B and C body dimensions (e.g., 30/30mm up to 50/50mm). Custom lengths are also available upon request. This robust, precisely engineered cylinder provides reliable security and adaptable functionality for standard profile door systems.
