D&D Anti-Fire Mortise Lock (non-fire-rated version) features a sash lock key action on the latch bolt and a single throw deadbolt for simple operation. It is non-handed, suitable for both left and right doors, and comes without a strike plate for flexible installation. In unlocked position, the latch bolt is operated by lever handle or key from both sides. When locked, the lever handles retract the latch only, while the deadbolt is controlled independently by the cylinder key. While not certified for fire-rated assemblies, it offers reliable security and smooth operation for standard residential and commercial doors where fire rating is not required.
