The latch bolt features a specially designed mechanism that ensures silent latching upon door closure, eliminating disturbing clicking or metallic sounds. The latch bolt can also be operated by lever handles from either side for convenient manual release. The deadbolt is controlled by cylinder action and can be thrown or retracted from one or both sides, depending on the cylinder configuration installed. When the cylinder is actuated, it simultaneously operates both the deadbolt and the latch bolt for streamlined locking. The deadbolt requires two full turns to fully extend, providing robust security against forced entry.
